Livi – Making sure your personal details are correct

Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of patients being unable to successfully book an appointment with Livi due to issues with “validation”.  This is where a patient’s details ( full name, date of birth and address) do not match with the records held in the patient’s practice for them.

Please make sure that when you register for an appointment with Livi that the information you include does match your details held by your practice. If you have changed address or your name, please contact your practice so that your records can be updated and future appointments with Livi can be arranged.
