Post Diagnosis Support

After a cancer diagnosis you may need a range of support services to enable you to manage your health and wellbeing. Some of the more common concerns that people have are not always medical and can relate to their overall health and wellbeing.

There are a number of local services that may help you to recover after treatment, or even when you are still having treatment.

You should be offered a Cancer Care Review within 12 months of your diagnosis which is with a health professional at your GP surgery. Find out more about Cancer Care Reviews here.

You may wish to access other resources from the selection below based upon your individual circumstances and concerns.
